Areve Residence is a new concept of boutique hotel in Armenia. It is a small 11 room establishment located above the hustle and bustle of the city center in the Nork Marash residential district of Yerevan. The rooms offer either king, queen size or twin beds and they are fitted with all the amenities of modern comfort such as air conditioning, mini bar, safe. Luxury Egyptian cotton sheets are used on top quality mattresses.
